Leadership Coaching
Bob currently coaches a wide range of leaders including people in Sales, IT, Engineering, Training and Development, and entrepreneurs. His clients have experienced increased productivity, enhanced ability to communicate strategy, and the capacity to more rapidly build teams and implement strategy.
Learning Design and Delivery
Bob has organized and delivered management, sales and negotiations training in the U.S., Africa and Latin America for hundreds of sales professionals, resulting in millions of dollars of increased sales.
Strategic Facilitation
Bob has designed planning and implementation tools that have helped many corporate leaders articulate and drive strategy. Many of his planning tools and templates became standard for the companies he has worked with. Plans he has helped write and implement have consistently resulted in profitable growth and market share increases.
Education and Background
Bob has a Masters of International Management degree from the American Graduate School of International Management and is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese. He is a member of the International Coach Federation, Minnesota Coaches Association and the Twin Cities Chapter of ASTD. He served on the advisory board of the Institute for Management Studies and is currently President of the Board of Directors for Ashland Productions.
He teaches Strategic Planning and Integrated Management for the University of Minnesota College of Continuing Education and provides coaching and consulting support to a number of individuals and clients.
